Website policies
How this site handles your information, what the AI on it does and does not do, and the terms for using the site, the Hub and our sessions. Written in plain language on purpose.
Privacy
Who we are
This website is run by Creative AI Directors, a collaboration between The Rosh Group, Inc. (Rosh Media) and Great Scott Social Media, LLC, both in Michigan, USA. In these policies "we" means the two companies together.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you join the Hub, book a meeting, subscribe, or contact us, and anything you write to us or share in a session.
- Information collected automatically: the usual server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) and, where we run analytics, aggregate usage data.
- Payments: card and billing details go directly to our payment processor at checkout. We see the status of a payment, never your full card number.
How we use it
To run the Hub and individual meetings (Zoom links, schedules, reminders), to answer you, to process payments, to keep the site working and improve it, and, only if you opt in, to send you news about the show, the Hub and our products. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Who else sees it
Service providers that help us run things: payment processing, email delivery, video meetings (Zoom), video hosting (YouTube), podcast platforms and analytics. They handle data under their own policies and only for the service they provide us. We do not sell personal information.
Keeping it and deleting it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below. If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, those rights apply and we will honor them.
Children
This site and our sessions are for adults and businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses cookies only where it needs them to work (logging in, forms, remembering a preference) and, where enabled, for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site, including embedded video, may then not work.
Pages on this site embed content from other services: YouTube players for Creative AI News and the Creative AI Show, links to podcast platforms, Zoom for sessions, and social networks. When that content loads, those services may set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies. We recommend reading them.
AI disclosure
Creative AI News is anchored by AI presenters. Stories are researched, scripted, produced and approved by people at Creative AI Directors, and every piece names its source on screen. The AI anchors do not give financial, health, legal or political advice; opinion belongs to the human hosts.
Human pieces on the channel are real recordings of real people. We never synthesize the likeness or voice of an owner, host or guest.
Elsewhere on this site and in our work we use AI tools to draft, design and produce. A person reviews what we publish and is responsible for it. Sessions in the Hub teach these tools; what you make with them in a session is yours.
Terms of use
Education, not advice
The show, the Hub, Creative AI News and this site are educational and informational. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use what you learn and for what you publish with it.
Our content
The text, video, audio, graphics and the Creative AI logo on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Share links freely. Ask us before republishing or reusing material, and credit the Creative AI Show when you quote it.
Your content
What you share with us in a session or a message stays yours. By sharing it in a session you allow us to use it within that session to teach and to help you.
Third-party tools
The AI models, apps and platforms we teach and use belong to their makers and come with their own terms, prices and limits. Check them before you rely on them, especially for client work.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, interfere with it, misuse session links, or use anything here for an unlawful purpose.
No warranties, limited liability
The site, the channels and the sessions are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Subscriptions and meetings
Hub subscriptions and individual meetings are billed by our checkout provider. The price, the renewal schedule and how to cancel are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email, and those terms apply to your purchase.
Sessions are live on Zoom. Your session link is for you; please do not share it. If a session is recorded, we say so at the start of the session.
CampaignPress is a separate product at campaignpress.ai with its own terms of service and policies, which apply there.
Changes and contact
When we change these policies we post the new version here with a new date at the top. Using the site after a change means the new version applies.
