1. Joining the Hub
These terms apply to Creative AI Hub memberships, tickets, and participation in our in-person and Zoom sessions. Review them before purchasing or reserving a seat. Your selected offering and session listing describe what is included, the attendance format, location, and time.
2. Prices and monthly billing
The price, billing frequency, and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. A single-session ticket covers the selected date and attendance format. A monthly membership renews automatically at the agreed recurring price until canceled. Membership access is subject to your current access dates and available seats.
You can cancel future membership renewals through your Hub account’s billing portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect, and your account shows your access dates. Contact us if you need help accessing cancellation.
3. Reservations and refunds
Members must reserve each session separately. A membership does not automatically book every Monday or guarantee a seat. Zoom and in-person spaces have separate limits. Please cancel a reservation you cannot use so someone else can attend.
Canceling a seat does not cancel a subscription or automatically issue a refund. Request a refund through your Hub account or contact us. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
4. When we skip a Monday
If we skip a Monday, bookings close for that date and the remaining paid amount for its single-session tickets is refunded. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Monthly subscriptions and their billing continue during a skipped week. We will provide a separate member bonus and communicate its details. If a date reopens, previous reservations are not automatically restored. You will need to book again.
5. Complimentary access
Free memberships and session passes are valid for the attendance options and dates stated when granted. Reservation requirements and seat limits still apply. Complimentary access does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Giving an existing subscriber complimentary access does not change their paid billing unless a separate billing adjustment is confirmed.
6. Joining on Zoom
You are responsible for a working device, internet connection, and access to Zoom. Personal attendance links are for the registered attendee. Please do not share them.
Third-party AI tools you choose to use may have their own fees and terms unless we expressly include them.
7. Respect people and their work
Keep sessions welcoming and respectful. Do not harass others, disrupt the session, or share confidential client information. Only share material you have permission to use.
Do not record attendees or redistribute session materials without permission. We may end participation for disruptive or abusive conduct.
8. Learning and privacy
Sessions provide education and practical demonstrations. AI outputs can be inaccurate. Check them before using or publishing them. We do not promise particular business results, income, or ownership rights in AI-generated work.
Our website’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
